Refunds & Returns Policy

All sales are final.
As a one-person operation, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind — so please double-check all product descriptions before purchasing. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to get in touch before placing your order.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email reddeathtattoo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll work with you to sort it out in line with Australian Consumer Law — this may include a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.

Please don’t return anything without contacting me first — unsolicited returns won’t be accepted.

Non-returnable items

• Custom artwork or made-to-order items
• Items sold as discounted or clearance
• Gift cards
These sales are final and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase. Email me to start the process.
