Shipping policy

📦 Dispatch Schedule All orders are packed and sent out every Monday. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on it as it makes its way to you.

🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide)

For Artworks up to A3 Size (including Prints):

  • Standard Post (tracked): $10 flat rate

  • Express Post (tracked): $15 flat rate

For Original Oil Paintings & Larger/Bulkier Artworks:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight, and your delivery location. These items require specialized handling and insurance to ensure their safe arrival.

🌍 International Shipping

For Artworks up to A3 Size (including Prints):

  • Flat rate: $20 AUD (tracked where available)

  • Please note: international shipping via Australia Post can be expensive and unpredictable — I do my best to keep it reasonable, but I'm at the mercy of the service. Customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

For Original Oil Paintings & Larger/Bulkier Artworks:

  • Shipping costs for these items will be calculated at checkout. Due to their unique size, weight, and value, international shipping for larger artworks may incur significantly higher costs and require specific courier services. Customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

📮 Packaging

All artworks up to A3 size are shipped flat in rigid mailers and waterproofed to the best of my ability. Larger works or bulkier items (including Original Oil Paintings) will be shipped rolled in tubes or securely packaged in satchels, or custom crated, depending on what's the most suitable for safe transport.

📬 After Dispatch Once your item has been shipped and tracking has been provided, I am no longer responsible for any delays, losses, or damage caused during transit. I pack everything securely and with care, but I cannot control what happens once it's in the hands of the postal system, we are all at the mercy of the ever efficient Auspost service.
