This website is operated by Red Death Tattoo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Red Death Tattoo. I do my best to accurately display and describe all products, but I can’t guarantee every screen shows colours or textures exactly the same. Products may be limited in quantity and are subject to return or refund only as outlined in the Refund Policy.

We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you’re offering to buy something. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and accepted. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel, we’ll notify you via the contact info you provided.

Prices are shown in AUD and may change at any time without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details, and to keep your payment information updated. You confirm that you’re authorised to use any card or payment method submitted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. I’m not responsible for postal delays, customs processing, or lost items once shipped — but if something goes wrong, get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including flash designs, artwork, text, and graphics — belongs to Red Death Tattoo and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute any part of the site or its contents without permission.

Purchasing a design does not grant you a commercial licence or the right to replicate it beyond personal use.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

This site may offer access to tools or services run by third parties (like payment processors or embedded content). I’m not responsible for anything on those platforms. Use them at your own risk and review their terms before proceeding.

8. Refunds & Returns

Please review our Refund Policy for full details. In short: I don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, reach out within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll help resolve it.

9. Shopify Relationship

This store runs on Shopify, which powers the backend of this website. Any purchases are made directly with Red Death Tattoo. Shopify is not responsible for your order or any issues related to it.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and may also be processed by Shopify as part of providing this website and its services.

11. Feedback & Submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions (whether by email, form, or elsewhere), you grant us the right to use that content without restriction. You must not post anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing.
